3. We may take short update windows if:

Our server requires maintenance

Your café website changes or needs syncing

We’re improving your AI performance

(In such cases, downtime is rare and minimal.)

4. Once purchased, your plan and setup are non-refundable after 24 hours as it becomes fully tailored to your café.

5. You agree not to resell, misuse, or clone our AI systems.

6. Our AI evolves — so we may upgrade or enhance your setup anytime, always focused on making your experience better.
